For the promotion of khadi, Cumilla locals should purchase more khadi products. If the common people of Comilla are inspired to use khadi then it will spread to other districts gradually. My point is, if one learns to appreciate one’s local products, then the person would be able to tell others the significance of the product. It is the duty of Cumilla entrepreneurs who are entrepreneurs are working with different local products to promote khadi because Khadi is the pride of our district. For example, Narayanganj is closely associated with jamdani sari and Jamdani has a special place among Narayanganj’s locals. It is not like only Jamdani sari owners speak about Jamdani but all the people of the district. We have to promote khadi similarly. Ordinary people of this district have to come forward to promote Khadi in Cumilla district. They should purchase more khadi products. They can give preference to Khadi made dress for any occasion. Khadi made uniforms can be used in different games. The use of khadi garments in cultural events should be increased. The best way to promote any local product is by the local people. As a khadi entrepreneur, I wish that khadi every person of Cumilla district prefer wearing khadi dresses throughout the year. They develop a habit of wearing khadi dresses all the time in every occasion. They should make khadi dress an integral part of their daily lives. Then khadi will spread easily into other districts as well.
