If we want to launch a new product with new design in the market then we can take their feedback. In this way, we will be able to get an idea about the market and buyers’ taste as well. Online khadi sellers like us can take buyer feedback before launching any new product in the market. For this we can conduct surveys among buyers with our design. This will allow him to express his views. But in this case you must find your specific buyer. Such small steps to promote khadi will one day help to expand the online khadi market. Customer satisfaction will be the main objective of khadi promotion.
